Webinar: Building connections to support good mental health

Join us for this Connection Coalition webinar hosted in partnership with Mind and the Mental Health Collective. You'll be able to learn more about common mental health problems and how you can deal with them in your work, as well as the impact of Covid-19 on mental health. You will have the opportunity to share challenges and learnings with other Coalition members, as well as ask our expert speakers questions. We will also explore the importance of self-care in our work and will participate in a group meditation. We hope this session will give you the tools you need to approach mental health issues if they arise in your work, as well as some techniques for ensuring your own mental wellbeing.

Trigger warning: Please note that this event will contain discussion of mental health issues including anxiety, depression and suicide. It may include discussion of other difficult subjects such as alcoholism, self-harm and eating disorders. We want this to be a safe space for all participants and encourage everyone to prioritise their mental wellbeing needs when considering attending. Participants will of course be free to leave the webinar at any point should they wish to.
